Porcelain and Petticoats

 Last weekend I had the chance to visit the newly opened Burgundy Rose Tea Room  with my friend ChibiJelly ! Burgundy Rose is located in Livermore, close to the premium outlet mall. This is a wonderful option for those who live in the Tri-Valley/East Bay region and don't feel like going into SF for tea. There's a lot of parking spaces available right outside and the building is within a strip mall. There's lots of seating inside, I can see this being used for larger meetups or events. As I recall, each table can hold around 6-7 people and there's plenty of tables. The inside is very bright and open with plenty of space to move about, gorgeous crystal lighting overhead, marble-styled floors, and plenty of roses and beautifully framed art. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and elegant. In the future, I'd love to visit while wearing classic lolita!  Hello all! I have decided to start a blog to do more in-depth reviews on various places I’ve visited while wearing lolita or other Jfashion. As I live in Northern California, most reviews will be for places there, though occasionally other places I visit will show up! For my first ever post, I’ll be reviewing K On The Go in Union City, CA . K on the Go is located in a strip mall with lots of parking. The inside was very small so I recommend going here for smaller meetups. Though there was seating for maybe 18ish people, it may feel very crowded at that amount of patrons. They seem to offer boba and pastries as well as an afternoon tea experience. The decor is very Instagrammable with lots of flowers and chandeliers and somewhat of a modern feel with just a touch of the kitschy feel of an average tea room.
